These terms apply to everyone who uses jumpking.in and to every enquiry, quotation, order and service of Jumpking International LLP (“JumpKing”, “we”, “us”). By using this website or placing an order you accept them. Where a signed quotation or agreement says something different, the signed document applies.
Information on this website
- All prices, sizes, capacities, return estimates, images and technical details on this website are indicative and for general information only. They are not an offer and not a commitment.
- Images show typical attractions and may differ from the item supplied in design, colour, size or finish.
- We may change products, prices and content at any time without notice.
Prices and quotations
- Prices shown are tentative. The real quote for project items is given after we understand the quality, quantity, size, materials, location and budget.
- A quotation is valid only in writing, from an official JumpKing email address, and only for the period stated on it.
- Prices exclude GST and other taxes, import duties where applicable, shipping, installation, civil work, power, permits, insurance and all site-specific costs unless the quotation clearly includes them.
- Prices of imported items follow the exchange rate and may be revised before an order is confirmed.
Orders
- An order is confirmed only when the written quotation is accepted and the advance payment stated on it is received.
- Turnkey projects start at ₹2 Cr. Project items are made to order and are not sold as single items.
- Any change to scope, size, design, material or quantity after confirmation is quoted again and may change the price and the delivery period.
Payments
- Payments follow the schedule in the quotation. Work starts only after the advance is received; dispatch happens only after the balance due before dispatch is received.
- Pay only to the bank account printed on JumpKing’s official quotation or proforma invoice, and confirm the details by phone before paying. JumpKing is not responsible for any payment made to any other account or on instructions received from any other source.
- Delayed payments may delay production, dispatch and installation, and may attract storage and other charges.
Shipping and delivery
- Shipping is charged at actual unless the quotation states otherwise.
- Delivery periods are estimates. They depend on manufacturing schedules, shipping, customs, weather, site readiness and other factors outside our control, and are not guaranteed.
- Risk in the goods passes to the buyer on dispatch. The buyer arranges unloading, safe storage and insurance at the site.
- Any damage or shortage must be noted on the delivery document and reported in writing within 48 hours of delivery.
Installation and site work
- Installation is not included unless the quotation states it. Many items are DIY with the setup guide.
- Where technicians are needed, installation is quoted per project: an hourly rate per technician or supervisor for every hour from the moment they leave home for your site until they are back home, plus conveyance, food, lodging and boarding provided by the buyer.
- The buyer is responsible for a ready site: level ground, foundations, civil work, power, water, access for vehicles and lifting equipment, and every approval the site needs.
- Waiting time caused by an unready site is charged.
Warranty
- Warranty terms, specifications and service are as per the manufacturer of each item, and are stated in the quotation. JumpKing does not give any warranty of its own beyond what is written in the quotation.
- Warranty covers manufacturing defects only. It does not cover wear parts (ropes, harnesses, fabric, nets and consumables), misuse, overloading, accidents, weather, improper installation, lack of maintenance, or changes made by anyone other than the manufacturer.
- Warranty claims must be made in writing with photographs and the order details.
Cancellations and refunds
- Once an order is confirmed, the advance is used to start manufacturing and to book materials and services, and is not refundable.
- Ready-made items may be returned only if they arrive damaged or wrong, reported within 48 hours, unused and in their original packing. Approved refunds are made to the original payment method.
- Consultation, feasibility, design, technical data and supervision fees are quoted per project and are not refundable once the service is booked.
Safety, operation and compliance
- Adventure installations are regulated. The buyer is responsible for meeting all applicable laws, standards, safety audits, structural certification, licences, permits and insurance.
- The buyer is responsible for safe operation: trained staff, rider rules, supervision, inspections, maintenance and record keeping, as per the manufacturer’s manuals and local rules.
- JumpKing is not responsible for any injury, loss or damage arising from the operation, use, supervision or maintenance of any item at the buyer’s site.
Limitation of liability
- To the extent permitted by law, JumpKing’s total liability for any claim connected with an order or a service is limited to the amount paid to JumpKing for that specific order or service.
- JumpKing is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss, including loss of revenue, profit, business, footfall, opportunity or reputation, or for any delay or failure caused by events outside its reasonable control.
Official communication
- Only a written quotation, invoice or agreement from an official JumpKing email address binds JumpKing. Calls, chats, messages, meetings, brochures and conversations are for discussion only.
- No employee, partner, agent or associate may make any promise, commitment, discount or warranty on JumpKing’s behalf unless it is written into a quotation issued by JumpKing.
- JumpKing never asks for payment to a personal account. Report any such request to hello@jumpkingindia.com.
Privacy
- We collect the details you give us (name, phone, email, company and project details) to answer your enquiry, prepare quotations and serve your order.
- We do not sell your personal data. We share it only with people who need it to serve your enquiry or order, or where the law requires.
- The website uses cookies for its basic functions, the cart and the project list, and for measuring visits. You can clear cookies in your browser at any time.

Website content and intellectual property
- Text, layouts, drawings, presentations and designs prepared by JumpKing remain JumpKing’s property. They may be used only for the project they were prepared for, and may not be shared with others to obtain competing quotes.
- Product names and trademarks belong to their owners.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at Bangalore, Karnataka have exclusive jurisdiction.
